Project Manager - Industrial Ventilation & Pneumatic Systems

We are a fast-growing engineering and manufacturing company seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Industrial Ventilation and Pneumatic Conveying system installations from start to finish. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys driving results through collaboration and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting
• Create and manage installation and shipping schedules
• Order materials based on approved CAD drawings
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, installation crews, and internal teams
• Attend pre-construction meetings and on-site inspections to ensure quality and resolve issues
• Oversee system startups, verify airflow readings, and provide training to client operators
• Maintain regular project updates and reporting to upper management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing Industrial Ventilation or Pneumatic Conveying projects
• Working knowledge of fluid power systems and air flow dynamics
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, Microsoft Excel, Word, and project scheduling tools
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and job site compliance
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills,  able to collaborate with customers, foremen, OEM partners, and executive leadership
• Willingness to travel and be available beyond standard work hours as project needs arise
• Experience with component pricing, CAD drawing reviews, and ordering
