Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop customized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers to create integrated treatment plans (including IEP/ISP goals)
  • Deliver training and ongoing support for RBTs, families, and caregivers
  • Monitor progress and update treatment plans based on data analysis and client outcomes
  • Ensure documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with BACB and funder requirements
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and state/federal regulations governing behavioral health services
  • Attend team meetings and professional development sessions (in person or virtually)

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Required
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Solid understanding of ABA principles, including behavior acquisition and reduction strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in training, supervising, and mentoring RBTs
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and state regulatory standards
