About the job Maintenance Technician - Mechanical & Electrical (Night Shift)
Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical skills? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician II to support our fast-paced manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot machinery, and help improve reliability and equipment performance to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform multi-craft preventive maintenance on production machinery, motors, and conveyor systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical malfunctions.
- Conduct equipment repairs, replacements, adjustments, and system overhauls.

Maintain and update accurate maintenance logs using a CMMS system.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and OEM manuals.

Support process improvements and continuous reliability efforts.
- Mentor junior maintenance technicians and support cross-functional training.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Install or repair wiring, electrical components, and drive systems.

Ensure proper lubrication and routine upkeep of machines.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical and electrical background required.
- Proficient in using shop equipment (drill press, band saws, power tools, etc.).
- Ability to interpret precision measuring devices and test electrical circuits.

Skilled in Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms.

Must be capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing assignments.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree preferred.

Must pass maintenance certification testing.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Must work safely in a manufacturing environment and wear proper PPE.

Will be exposed to industrial noise, heat, and machinery.
