Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical skills? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician II to support our fast-paced manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot machinery, and help improve reliability and equipment performance to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform multi-craft preventive maintenance on production machinery, motors, and conveyor systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical malfunctions.
  • Conduct equipment repairs, replacements, adjustments, and system overhauls.
  • Maintain and update accurate maintenance logs using a CMMS system.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and OEM manuals.
  • Support process improvements and continuous reliability efforts.

  • Mentor junior maintenance technicians and support cross-functional training.
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Install or repair wiring, electrical components, and drive systems.

  • Ensure proper lubrication and routine upkeep of machines.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical background required.

  • Proficient in using shop equipment (drill press, band saws, power tools, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret precision measuring devices and test electrical circuits.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms.

  • Must be capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing assignments.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree preferred.
  • Must pass maintenance certification testing.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periods.

  • Must work safely in a manufacturing environment and wear proper PPE.
  • Will be exposed to industrial noise, heat, and machinery.
