Occupational Therapist (Certified Hand Therapist)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Using evidence-based practices, evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.

• Develop customized treatment plans to improve function, mobility, and quality of life.

• Work closely with physicians, patients, and caregivers to ensure optimal therapy outcomes.

• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Educate patients on injury prevention and at-home exercise programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification.

• Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience.

• Active and unrestricted Texas OT license.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills.

• Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment abilities.
