Mental Health Therapist

As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide essential mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, helping clients navigate life's challenges and improve their emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Support crisis intervention and provide referrals to community resources when needed.

Qualifications Required:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC (or LPCC).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, and culturally competent therapy.
