Are you an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager with a background in industrial fasteners and government contracts? A leading fastener sales company in North Fort Worth is expanding and looking for a driven sales professional to manage key accounts and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
️ Please note: This is a government contracting role. Candidates must meet ITAR requirements.
What You'll Do:

Manage and grow existing accounts in the industrial fastener industry.

Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Interpret and apply fastener standards and specifications (MIL, SAE, ASME).
- Ensure compliance with government contracts and additional quality clauses.
- Provide top-tier customer service and support through phone, email, and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill orders and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account communications.
What Were Looking For:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales account management experience in the industrial fastener industry
- 1+ year of working knowledge of fastener standards/specifications (MIL, SAE, ASME)

Experience with government contracts, guidelines, and compliance

High proficiency in data entry, order tracking, and CRM systems

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
