Are you a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families? We are actively seeking a licensed BCBA to lead clinical services, provide mentorship to RBTs, and work directly with clients using evidence-based behavioral strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, including behavior assessments, functional analyses, and treatment planning
  • Provide direct supervision and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized, integrated intervention plans
  • Develop behavior acquisition and reduction programs, with data-driven adjustments
  • Maintain clinical documentation that meets BACB and funding source requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all state licensure, HIPAA, and ethical guidelines
  • Attend team meetings, conduct parent trainings, and support caregiver collaboration

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active state licensure (if applicable)
  • 1+ years of experience in ABA therapy (preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in electronic data collection and case management systems
  • Passion for working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
