In this role, you will be instrumental in leading project controls, driving business improvements, and supporting construction management across corporate offices, refineries, and remote job sites throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Project Controls team across multiple construction projects.
• Monitor and improve project control systems, including scheduling, cost management, and performance tracking.
• Identify and implement business process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Deliver operations-focused training and support for Lean methodology rollouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in project controls or construction management.
• Proven background in project administration within construction or energy.
• Strong skills in cost estimation, cost planning, scheduling, and financial tracking.
• 3+ years of experience with continuous improvement or Lean methodologies.
• 5+ years of management experience leading project teams or operations staff.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in project management tools and software.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex project environments.

• Familiarity with engineering labor standards and process optimization.
