We are seeking a results-oriented professional to manage major construction projects for one of our largest energy accounts in Houston, TX.

What You'll Do:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of capital construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, budgets, and schedules. You will:

• Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish

• Develop project work plans, budgets, timelines, and reports

• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for project execution

• Conduct quality control, safety inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards
• Oversee engineering designs and specifications to ensure project integrity
• Manage project documentation, schedule meetings, and communicate with stakeholders

What You Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in construction management, including project scheduling and budgeting
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, contractors, and multiple project workflows
• Solid understanding of safety compliance, quality assurance, and construction best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take full ownership of projects

Preferred Skills:

• Background in capital projects within the energy or industrial sectors

• Knowledge of local Houston-area codes and regulations

• Experience with project management tools and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore)
