We're seeking a skilled and driven Maintenance Technician (Level II) to support our fast-paced manufacturing operations. In this essential role, you'll handle a wide range of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our production equipment. Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems across a variety of production equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and more.
- Align and install mechanical drive systems, replace failed parts, and make critical adjustments.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment history in our CMMS system.
- Recommend improvements based on observed performance and maintenance data.
- Use testing tools (voltmeters, ohmmeters, etc.) to ensure safety and electrical continuity.
- Mentor junior technicians and collaborate on process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Proficiency with computers and CMMS platforms (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with shop tools such as drill presses, band saws, and power tools.
- Skilled in using precision measurement tools.
- Proven ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
- Certification or technical training in maintenance (a plus).

- Report incidents and unsafe conditions immediately.
- Participate in ongoing skills assessments and continuous training to stay up to date.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Must be able to safely navigate an industrial plant setting.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
- Handle materials in accordance with environmental safety standards.
