We're seeking a skilled and driven Maintenance Technician (Level II) to support our fast-paced manufacturing operations. In this essential role, you'll handle a wide range of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our production equipment. Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems across a variety of production equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and more.
  • Align and install mechanical drive systems, replace failed parts, and make critical adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment history in our CMMS system.
  • Recommend improvements based on observed performance and maintenance data.
  • Use testing tools (voltmeters, ohmmeters, etc.) to ensure safety and electrical continuity.
  • Mentor junior technicians and collaborate on process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Proficiency with computers and CMMS platforms (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Familiarity with shop tools such as drill presses, band saws, and power tools.
  • Skilled in using precision measurement tools.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Certification or technical training in maintenance (a plus).

  • Report incidents and unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Participate in ongoing skills assessments and continuous training to stay up to date.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Must be able to safely navigate an industrial plant setting.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
  • Handle materials in accordance with environmental safety standards.
