About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Mammography Technologist to join our healthcare team in Houston, TX. This is a lead-level position that offers the opportunity to not only perform high-quality mammograms but also take on leadership duties such as scheduling, quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms in accordance with established protocols.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new mammography technologists.
• Lead daily scheduling of patients and ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct quality control reviews and help prepare for Joint Commission audits.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care and imaging accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of Mammography Technologist experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Mammography Technology.
• Current Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license or temporary license.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R).
• Registered Mammography Technologist (ARRT-M).
