Maintenance Electrician

We're currently hiring a Maintenance Electrician for our Albion, IN manufacturing facility on 3rd Shift (10PM6AM). If you're a skilled electrical technician with experience in CNC and robotic systems, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems and equipment with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and reprogram PLCs and ladder logic controls.
• Provide electrical support for CNC machinery and robotic systems.
• Interpret electrical schematics and apply electrical formulas for diagnostics.
• Lead or support maintenance operations when supervisors are unavailable.
• Maintain safe work practices, good attendance, and a positive team environment.
• Work overtime as needed to support production.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from a technical school OR 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, solid-state devices, CNC machines, and robotics.
• Proven ability to use diagnostic software and reprogram PLCs.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems.
• Leadership potential and willingness to take initiative.
