Industrial Millwright / Maintenance Mechanic

Millwright Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair cone and jaw crushers, crusher screens, conveyor belts, rollers, and drive units.

• Rebuild and maintain industrial slurry pumps.

• Perform welding, metal fabrication, and pipe fitting tasks.

• Ensure compliance with MSHA and company safety policies.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

• Collaborate with mill operations to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Be flexible with work hours to support unplanned maintenance or project needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with rod and ball milling is required.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and industrial machinery experience.

• Skilled in using hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings (preferred).

• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Physically able to lift/move heavy equipment and work in a physically demanding environment.

• Previous industrial or mining experience is a plus.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
