Hydraulic Equipment Service Technician

We're hiring a hands-on, customer-focused Hydraulic Service Technician for our client's growing team in Acton, MA. This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire opportunity with a company known for its high-performance industrial machinery and exceptional customer support. Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on hydraulic machines
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical or technical issuesboth onsite and remotely
• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to complete installations, repairs, and test procedures
• Travel to customer sites in the U.S. and Canada (up to 20% travel/year)
• Transition to 12PM8PM schedule after training (initial training: 8AM5PM, Mon-Fri)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Service Technician, Mechanical Technician, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and machinery
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally (20%) for training and customer service
• Strong communication skills and a passion for solving technical problems
