Key Responsibilities:
- Design Electrical Control Systems: Create detailed designs, component selections, and test plans based on customer specifications.
- Program PLCs and HMIs: Develop, modify, and troubleshoot logic using platforms such as Allen-Bradley (RSLogix, Studio 5000) and Siemens TIA Portal.
- Optimize Automation Processes: Analyze performance, identify issues, and implement efficient, long-lasting solutions.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Apply knowledge of UL 508A, NEC, IEC, and related electrical standards to all designs and installations.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with customers, project managers, and suppliers to align on technical requirements and deliverables.
- Document Systems: Prepare schematics, wiring diagrams, and detailed system documentation using AutoCAD and other tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, electrical engineering, or control system design.
- Proven expertise in PLC & HMI programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for creating electrical schematics.

Working knowledge of UL 508A, NEC, and IEC standards.
- Familiarity with EPlan, Microsoft Excel, and project documentation tools is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for occasional onsite commissioning or support.
