Senior Civil Engineer - PE

We are actively seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (PE) to join our innovative and fast-paced team! This leadership role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer with a strong foundation in civil site development, exceptional technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping large-scale, multi-discipline projects across the commercial, federal, municipal, retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering site development projects from concept through construction.
• Create design proposals, feasibility studies, design narratives, reports, and system modeling.
• Conduct reviews of site surveys, geotechnical reports, and specifications.
• Oversee the development of civil design drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Attend and contribute to client meetings, site visits, and city development meetings.
• Prepare construction observation reports and respond to RFIs during bidding and construction.
• Support team development and establish standards for drawing quality and process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) multi-state licensure preferred
• 510 years of experience in civil design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to estimate project fees and develop proposals
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally as needed
  Knowledge of:
• Local codes and design trends
• Federal Facility Criteria / Whole Building Design Guide (WBDG)
• Architectural/engineering project environments
