Civil Engineer EIT or PE | Water & Wastewater Design

We're seeking team members with a passion for designing public infrastructure projects such as:

Responsibilities:

• Support project engineers in the development of design plans, specifications, and technical reports.
• Assist in the design and drafting of municipal water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Perform hydraulic modeling and engineering calculations.
• Lead and manage projects including scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination.
• Oversee internal team members (EITs, CAD technicians) and external contractors or consultants.
• Review submittals, manage bid processes, and handle construction administration duties.
• Mentor junior staff and assist with QA/QC.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
• EIT Certification (for entry-level role) or Texas PE License (for PE role)
• EIT: Minimum 1+ year of experience in municipal water/wastewater design.
• PE: Minimum 5+ years in municipal water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, WaterCAD, ArcGIS, or other relevant modeling and design software.
• Knowledge of HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and other hydraulic tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Capable of multitasking and shifting priorities as needed
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset
