Radiation Therapist

As a Radiation Therapist, you will work closely with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and nurses to ensure precise and safe treatment delivery to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate radiation treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist
• Operate linear accelerators and other ionizing radiation equipment safely and effectively
• Monitor patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records
• Ensure strict adherence to radiation safety standards and protocols
• Educate and support patients throughout their treatment journey
• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Mexico
• CPR certification (current)
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical radiation therapy setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of radiation equipment operations and safety procedures
• Able to handle radiation sources with precision and caution
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and detail-focused

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Mexico
• CPR certification (current)
