We are seeking a Millwright with strong mechanical aptitude and experience in maintaining industrial equipment to support ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance on cone and jaw crushers, crusher screens, conveyor belts, rollers, and drive units.
  • Rebuild and maintain industrial slurry pumps.

  • Carry out welding, fabrication, and pipe fitting tasks.

  • Ensure adherence to MSHA and Company safety procedures.

  • Keep accurate maintenance and repair records.

  • Collaborate with the mill crew to maintain production efficiency.

  • Flexibility to work outside of normal hours (MF) when troubleshooting or projects require it.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • Experience with rod and ball milling.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial machinery.

  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

  • Physical strength and stamina to handle and lift heavy equipment.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Prior industrial or mining experience.
