Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and clinical outcomes.
• Mentor and develop pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships to maximize efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Active (or eligible) New Mexico Pharmacist license.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Advanced degrees such as MS, PharmD, or MBA strongly preferred).
• 5+ years of healthcare experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in a for-profit hospital setting (highly preferred).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• An advanced degree (MS, PharmD, MBA) is a significant plus!
• Strong financial and operational acumen in a hospital pharmacy.
• Experience with pharmacy automation and technology integration.
