What You'll Do As a Machinist, you will:

• Operate and program NC mills using G-code or conversational programming

• Set up machines and design custom fixtures for one-off and production parts

• Interpret and work from standard and metric blueprints using GD&T

• Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges

• Understand material speeds, feeds, and tooling requirements

• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment

• Document shift transitions to ensure smooth continuity

• Adapt to changing workloads by shifting between machines or tasks

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with manual lathes, mills, and grinders

• Strong understanding of CNC operations and tooling

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Familiarity with G-code programming and CNC software like Esprit or MasterCam (preferred)

• Experience in assembly or fabrication from blueprints is a plus

• A degree or certification in Machining or Machine Shop Technology is a bonus

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, when required
