What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with sales teams and clients to design custom control systems for paint, fluid, and adhesive applications
- Develop and program industrial automation solutions using Studio 5000, FactoryTalk, and Allen-Bradley PLCs
- Design and layout control panels, select components, and integrate Servo Motion, VFDs, and Stepper systems
- Troubleshoot and support low and high-voltage (3-phase) electrical systems
- Create and edit electrical schematics using AutoCAD and SolidWorks Electrical

Develop intuitive HMIs using PanelView
- Participate in onsite commissioning and installation of systems (Travel up to 25%)

Provide hands-on support in panel building and assembly, when needed
What Were Looking For:
Must-Have Qualifications:

3+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience
- Proficient in Allen-Bradley PLC programming (Ladder Logic, Structured Text)
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase, high/low voltage

Experience with Studio 5000 / FactoryTalk

Proficient in reading/editing electrical schematics (AutoCAD)

Hands-on experience with HMI development (PanelView)

Familiarity with Servo Motion, VFDs, Stepper motors

Willingness to travel up to 25%
Preferred Skills:
- Associates' or bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, or Automation Engineering

Experience with Siemens, Fanuc integration, and Codesys (a plus)

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
