Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the acute rehabilitation unit
• Monitor patient progress and provide individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about recovery and rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Current BCLS certification
• Current Iowa Registered Nurse License or multistate compact license eligible to practice in Iowa
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
