Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality assessment and treatment services for individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically skilled, and committed to improving communication outcomes across diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain clinical records
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs
Required Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Utah (UT SLP License required)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in clinical, hospital, rehabilitation, or school-based settings
- Familiarity with evidence-based speech therapy practices
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
