Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality assessment and treatment services for individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Document patient progress accurately and maintain clinical records
  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs

Required Qualifications

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Utah (UT SLP License required)
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in clinical, hospital, rehabilitation, or school-based settings
  • Familiarity with evidence-based speech therapy practices
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
