RN Labor and Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Labor and Delivery to join our dedicated healthcare team in Fresno, CA. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Labor and Delivery RN Traveler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Shift Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
Hours per Week: 36

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, compassionate care to patients during labor, delivery, and recovery.
• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with patients and families.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience.
• Active RN license in the state of California (or compact license if applicable).
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt in high-pressure, fast-paced hospital environments.
