Position Details

• Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / ICU Flex Pool
• Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (3x12s, Monday-Friday)
• Hours per Week: 36

Requirements

• Active RN license (Iowa or compact state)
• Minimum 2+ years of recent Critical Care/ICU experience
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

As an ICU Critical Care RN, you will:

• Provide direct nursing care to acutely and critically ill patients.
• Implement and monitor individualized medical care plans.
• Supervise and guide nursing personnel within the ICU unit.
• Support smooth daily operations and maintain standards of care in the absence of the Head Nurse.
• Perform additional related duties as required to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
