Lead Mammography Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Mammography Technologist to join our Houston team. This leadership position combines hands-on patient care with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring the highest quality imaging services and guiding a team of mammography technologists. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about breast health and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mammography exams in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the mammography team.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
• Maintain equipment and quality control standards for optimal imaging performance.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support (BLS/ACLS).
• Current Texas Medical Board license (MRT) or temporary license.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R).
• Proven senior-level or leadership experience in mammography technology.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
