This is a unique role in a low-volume, cash-based practice that allows you to focus on hands-on therapy and meaningful patient relationships. Structured mentorship is available, making this position ideal for both experienced therapists and recent graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat pelvic health conditions, including postpartum recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain.
  • Apply manual therapy techniques in combination with exercise and patient education to achieve a holistic approach.
  • Primarily treat female patients, with occasional male cases as appropriate.
  • Participate in case discussions and collaborate on individualized care plans.
  • Support clinic growth through excellent outcomes, patient education, workshops, talks, referrals, and online engagement.
  • Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent, with Iowa PT license or eligibility.
  • Previous pelvic health experience is a plus, but not required mentorship provided.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teaching skills.
  • Passionate about hands-on, holistic care and building meaningful patient relationships.
  • Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to the community.
