Manufacturing Production Operator

Job Summary:
Join a growing manufacturing team as a Production Operator! This role focuses on operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and following plant safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
• Ensure quality and efficiency of assigned equipment.
• Complete daily production records accurately.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), TQM, and safety policies.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Comply with TS 16949, ISO 14001, and other plant standards.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: standing, bending, stooping, lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Basic computer and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and teamwork.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to follow directions.
• Good English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Must wear composite/steel-toed shoes on the manufacturing floor.
