About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial HVAC construction projects from bid to completion. This role combines HVAC estimating, scheduling, procurement, and site supervision for primarily commercial clients (fast food & retail projects).

If you have strong experience with HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and can confidently read blueprints and manage field operations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive commercial HVAC estimates (HeavyBid preferred)
• Read and analyze blueprints, plans, and schematics
• Develop project schedules using Primavera P6
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and site activities
• Oversee budgets, change orders, and project documentation in ProCore
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and timeline compliance
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and field teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years managing commercial HVAC construction projects
• Strong experience with ProCore & Bluebeam
• Proven background in HVAC estimating & project management
• Ability to manage multiple projects (mid to high six-figure budgets)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commercial project experience in the U.S. (California experience preferred)
