Overview:
Were seeking a Construction Analyst Sr. to oversee field accounting and financial management for construction projects. Youll support temporary construction staff and contract personnel, coordinate project accounting and materials management, and ensure accurate reporting and reconciliations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with strong construction accounting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction project accounting, including cost tracking, budgeting, and field accounting support.
• Handle contractor invoicing and cost reconciliations for multiple projects.
• Generate project financial reports and lead construction project closeouts.
• Support and evaluate construction accountants and materials specialists.
• Administer temporary construction offices and equipment.
• Collaborate with business partners on project materials, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction project accounting, invoicing, and financial management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with hands-on experience in Oracle, Procore, PowerPlant, or similar construction/project accounting systems.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, pipeline, EPC, or heavy construction projects in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 15+ years of construction accounting or field operations experience.
• Proven track record in managing multiple mid-to-large-scale construction projects.
