We are seeking a District Manager to oversee HTM operations and serve as the Executive Director for a leading University Health System. This prestigious 23-hospital academic health system is nationally recognized for excellence in patient care and innovation.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a large healthcare technology team, build strong client relationships, and drive measurable impact in clinical engineering services across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a diverse, inclusive team within Healthcare Technology Management (HTM).
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across the district.
- Partner with healthcare executives to strengthen client relationships and governance.
- Mentor and coach managers and staff to build future leaders.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
- Oversee budget management, financial performance, and operational excellence.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all safety programs.
- Assess risks and opportunities, recommend improvements, and drive business results.
- Stay informed on cybersecurity challenges and solutions affecting healthcare providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management or Clinical Engineering within a large healthcare environment.
- Proven success in leading multi-site healthcare technology operations.
- Strong business acumen, financial management, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to build long-term partnerships with healthcare leaders.
- Experience managing compliance and safety programs.
- Familiarity with healthcare cybersecurity risks and solutions.
