District Manager - Biomedical Engineering (Healthcare Technology Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a diverse, inclusive team within Healthcare Technology Management (HTM).
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across the district.
• Partner with healthcare executives to strengthen client relationships and governance.
• Mentor and coach managers and staff to build future leaders.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
• Oversee budget management, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management or Clinical Engineering within a large healthcare environment.
• Proven success in leading multi-site healthcare technology operations.
• Strong business acumen, financial management, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to build long-term partnerships with healthcare leaders.
