Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and energetic Resident District Manager to oversee daily operations, drive growth, and lead a high-performing team. You will manage staff, budgets, and client relationships, ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multi-location food service operations, both on-site and remote.
• Achieve financial targets, maintain budgets, and drive profitability.
• Develop and maintain strong client, school, and community relationships.
• Lead and train employees to ensure engagement, safety, and compliance.
• Implement strategic plans to optimize operations and service quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and company standards.

Qualifications & Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in K–12 food service or similar operations.
• Proven leadership skills with strong employee engagement and team-building ability.
• Culinary production experience with safety and sanitation compliance knowledge.
• Familiarity with Food Management Systems (FMS) and The Market Connection (TMC) preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
