Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Material Handler to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role involves managing incoming materials, finished goods, and inventory data using SAP and barcode scanning systems, while supporting shipping, production, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, verify, and scan incoming components, finished goods, and tool crib items.
  • Perform accurate inventory counts, cycle counts, and rack audits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve receipt issues, including data entry and EDI/barcode processes.
  • Load/unload trucks and safely transport materials across the facility using forklifts and other equipment.
  • Unpack, label, and organize materials for production and storage.
  • Assist Water Spiders, Material Handlers, and production teams as needed.
  • Maintain housekeeping, 6S standards, and adhere to safety policies (TS 16949 / ISO 14001).
  • Handle customer returns and inventory reversals with accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics, including inventory receiving, data entry, and material handling.
  • Proficient with inventory management systems (SAP preferred), scanning, and computer equipment.
  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs and operate material handling equipment safely (forklift experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
