In this strategic role, you will lead digital initiatives that align technology with business goals, driving automation, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experiences. You will act as a key driver of digital transformation, bridging the gap between business needs and innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation projects, including ERP, order management, fulfillment, eCommerce, and platform integrations
- Mentor and guide software developers and digital transformation engineers
- Identify process gaps and implement scalable, automated solutions to optimize operations
- Manage external vendors and offshore development teams to ensure project delivery and quality standards
- Develop and maintain Python scripts (Pandas, NumPy) for data workflows, API integrations, and reporting automation
- Partner with Finance and Operations to reconcile inventory, build actionable reports, and optimize analytics
- Evaluate and recommend technology vendors, including ERP, MES, CMMS, B2B/B2C, analytics, and personalization platforms
- Build business cases with ROI analysis to support strategic digital investments
- Oversee company websites, domains, and analytics tools, ensuring GDPR and CCPA compliance
- Collaborate with IT and Help Desk teams to document infrastructure and maintain business continuity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- 6+ years of experience in digital strategy, business operations, or customer experience transformation
- Proven track record of leveraging digital technologies to drive efficiency, innovation, and process improvement
- Hands-on experience developing, debugging, and implementing software solutions, including Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience leading MVP builds, defining technical architecture, and managing vendor or client relationships
- Skilled in building business cases and performing ROI analysis to guide technology investments
