What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring accountability and high performance.
• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Oversee complex construction projects, including MEP systems and active-site renovations.
• Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships, resolving issues and upholding contract compliance.
• Ensure project controls, documentation, procurement, and field operations align with company standards.
• Drive financial success through cost estimates, proposals, and proactive project recovery planning.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years managing complex construction projects, including MEP systems and active-site renovations.
• 3+ years in project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management in the energy or facilities management sectors.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for project teams.
• Expertise in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera), document management tools (Procore, BIM360, PlanGrid), and scheduling/estimating software.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe, and Visio.
• Proven ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
