Key Responsibilities

• Lead Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) and Clinical Engineering operations across multiple hospitals
• Serve as the primary client executive contact for a major health system
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and service delivery (predictable, reliable, repeatable)
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies and business plans
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and risk management
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare regulations
• Support cybersecurity initiatives for medical equipment and systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management / Clinical Engineering
• Experience in a large hospital or health system environment
• Strong client relationship management and executive leadership skills
• Proven experience in budgeting, operations, and team development
• Knowledge of healthcare technology, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity
