Metal Stamping Supervisor

Press Tech Group Leader – Ripon, WI (1st Shift)

Join our team as a Press Tech Group Leader and lead our metal stamping operations to new heights! This is a hands-on leadership role focused on efficiency, process optimization, and team development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Ripon, WI
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Flex hours & occasional Friday overtime required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing stamping team with a focus on servant leadership.
• Optimize stamping processes, implement SMED for faster die changeovers, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee preventative maintenance for presses, tooling, and dies.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to enhance operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safe, efficient work environment.
• Manage projects from conception to execution, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in metal stamping/manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of press operations, tool & die practices, and SMED process optimization.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive process improvements, and mentor staff.
• Experience in medium/high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stoop, bend, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
