Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in financial modeling, operational analysis, and data-driven process improvement. This role bridges strategy, analytics, and compliance to support executive leadership and cross-functional teams in aerospace and defense programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling, operational analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze complex data using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams on strategic projects.
• Support compliance with industry regulations and supply chain requirements.
• Lead process standardization and drive cross-departmental alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industries.
• Expertise in financial modeling, operational analysis, and data analytics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and professional certifications (CBAP, Six Sigma, Microsoft Office/Project) preferred.
