Quality Inspector – Precision Machining (Aerospace / GD&T)

We are hiring a Precision Quality Inspector for a Direct Hire position in a high-precision manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for experienced inspectors skilled in tight tolerance machining inspection, blueprint reading, and quality assurance within aerospace or advanced manufacturing.

Pay: $25–$30/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final inspections of precision-machined components with tolerances as tight as ±0.0002"
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T to verify dimensional accuracy
• Use precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and inspection instruments
• Identify and document nonconformances (NCRs) and support root cause investigations
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure continuous quality improvement
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation for aerospace/customer compliance

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of quality inspection experience in precision machining
• Experience working with tight tolerances (±0.0005" or tighter required)
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
