Talent Recruitment Specialist for Fast Hiring.

Summary

We are a fast-paced advertising solutions start-up working with high-risk industries (Crypto, iGaming, Nutra, etc.). To keep pace with our growth, we're looking for a highly organised, experienced, and proactive Talent Recruiter to support our hiring efforts across sales & marketing, customer success, technology, and business operations.

We have several key roles 
to fill and are seeking a reliable professional to help us identify top-tier team members.

Your primary focus will be sourcing and screening qualified candidates for our open positions, working closely with our hiring managers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful placements and is a proactive, excellent communicator.

Deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage with qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards (inbound), LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collect resumes, introduction videos, culture fit evaluation forms, and other necessary information to present the candidate to the hiring managers.
  • Manage the interview process, scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and collect completed assessments and other role-specific challenge tasks.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain an organised pipeline of candidates and provide regular updates to the hiring team.

Qualifications and Skills.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple open roles and a high volume of candidates simultaneously.
  • Proven track record as a talent recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally with experience in high-risk niche industries, digital marketing agencies, SaaS companies, or similar industries.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
