Now were looking for a Sales Manager to drive outbound pipeline generation and close qualified opportunities fast.

The Role

This is not a passive inbound-closing position. As Sales Manager, you own the pipeline from start to finish. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, managing discovery calls, understanding client needs, and closing deals with confidence. You will work with both qualified inbound leads and high-potential outbound prospects that you source yourself. Your mission is simple: build a pipeline, control the sales process, and close revenue.

Who You Are

- You have experience selling high-ticket or B2B solutions, ideally in fast-moving environments

- You can manage outbound prospecting and closing conversations confidently

- You understand how to diagnose pain points and articulate value clearly

- You handle objections with structure, precision, and momentum

- You adapt your communication style to different buyer personalities

- You know high-risk industries or learn fast

- You thrive in performance environments where measurable results matter


What Youll Own

- Outbound prospecting to build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline

- Running structured discovery and sales calls with authority

- Managing deals from first touch to close while maintaining strong conversion rates

- Handling objections strategically and driving clear next steps

- Reporting on KPIs, including pipeline value, close rate, call volume, outreach activity, and revenue

- Collaborating with marketing to refine ICP targeting and improve lead quality

- Consistently contributing to monthly and quarterly sales targets
