You are being considered for a pivotal, cross-functional role designed to centralise operational visibility, reduce organisational friction, and ensure the CEO and business units are supported with precision, discipline, and operational excellence.
Role Summary
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of store operations while owning office administration, bookkeeping, and executive support functions within a group business environment.
It is an on-site, in-store role based in Limassol, Cyprus, with low expected foot traffic. The role primarily focuses on group bookkeeping and administrative support, with responsibility for assisting occasional walk-in customers.
The position requires a highly reliable, detail-oriented operator who can work independently, maintain strong operational controls, and support senior management with accuracy and discretion.
Core Responsibilities
Administration & Executive Support
Own office administration, documentation, and operational record-keeping.
Provide structured executive support, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.
Manage office/shop logistics, suppliers, and service providers.
Prepare basic operational reports and summaries for management.
Bookkeeping & Financial Administration
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including invoices, expenses, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with external accountants and internal finance functions.
Ensure financial records are complete, up to date, and audit-ready.
Store & Operations Management
Own day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and professional standards.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and basic operational performance.
Resolve operational issues proactively and act as the on-site point of accountability.
Coordinate with group stakeholders and service providers as required.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in office administration, executive support, and bookkeeping.
Strong administrative, organizational, and numerical accuracy skills.
Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a comparable operational role.
Recognised European accounting or bookkeeping qualification, such as ACCA, ACA, or an equivalent certification.
High proficiency with digital tools and business software.
Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
Ability to operate independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail.
Experience working within a group or multi-entity business environment.
Valid Cyprus drivers license (non-negotiable).
