Were looking for a driven and organized Store Manager to lead our trendy furniture store and support general administration across our group of companies.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping customers, creating structure and managing tasks efficiently in order to meet our brands high standards.

What Youll Do

-Oversee daily store operations, including welcoming customers, sales, inventory control, collecting payments, daily reconciliations, sharing product info and demos, and providing customer service.

-Deliver outstanding customer experience and achieve sales targets.

-Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and product displays to maintain a stylish, well-organized store environment.

-Assist with delivery and logistics where required.

-Bookkeeping for the retail and online store.

-Handle administrative responsibilities such as invoicing, payment tracking, supplier communication, and document management for the group.

-Support the management team with reporting, scheduling, and coordinating tasks across different business units.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain accurate records, and streamline internal processes for efficiency.

-Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external, managing calendars for key executives.

-Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for financial and administrative documents.

-Act as a point of contact for administrative inquiries, ensuring smooth communication across departments.

-Assist with document preparation, lodging, and delivery to the necessary administrative offices in Cyprus.

-Manage local office errands as required by the CEO.

-Handle office supplies ordering and maintain vendor relationships as needed for administrative tasks.

What Were Looking For

-Proven experience as a Store Manager or Operations Coordinator, preferably -within a group setting.

-Strong administrative and organizational skills with a structured approach to managing multiple responsibilities.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-Proficiency with digital tools (POS systems, Excel/Google Sheets, inventory software, etc.).

-A proactive problem solver with high attention to detail and a focus on achieving results.

-Professional, reliable, and adaptable — comfortable working across both retail and administrative functions.

-Experience in office administration and executive support (incl. personal).

-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

-Valid Cyprus driver's license.

  • Monday - Friday 9:00-19:00

  • Saturday 9:00-14:00
