Position Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst specializing in Sales and Customer Insights modules to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and optimize sales processes while leveraging customer data analytics to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Module Analysis & Configuration

  • Analyze sales business processes and translate requirements into Dynamics 365 Sales configurations

  • Configure lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales pipeline workflows

  • Design and implement sales forecasting, quota management, and territory assignments

  • Configure product catalogs, price lists, and discount structures

  • Optimize sales automation including email templates, sequences, and follow-up activities

Customer Insights Implementation

  • Configure Customer Insights data ingestion from multiple sources and systems

  • Design customer segmentation strategies and create unified customer profiles

  • Build predictive models for lead scoring, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value

  • Develop customer journey analytics and touchpoint optimization

  • Create personalized marketing campaigns based on customer insights and behavioral data

Process Optimization & Analytics

  • Conduct gap analysis between current sales processes and system capabilities

  • Design sales performance dashboards and KPI tracking mechanisms

  • Configure automated workflows for lead qualification and opportunity progression

  • Implement sales coaching tools and performance management features

  • Analyze customer data patterns to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand requirements and pain points

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on customer segmentation and campaign targeting

  • Conduct user training sessions and create functional documentation

  • Support user acceptance testing and system rollout activities

  • Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • 6+ years experience with Dynamics 365 Sales module configuration and customization
  • 6+ years experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or similar customer analytics platforms

  • Strong knowledge of sales automation, CRM best practices, and customer lifecycle management

  • Proficiency in Power BI for creating sales and customer analytics dashboards

  • Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and customer data modeling

Business Skills

  • Deep understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes and methodologies

  • Experience with customer segmentation, behavioral analytics, and predictive modeling

  • Knowledge of marketing automation and customer journey mapping

  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer data and sales metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant, Customer Insights Specialist)

  • Experience with sales forecasting models and revenue operations

  • Background in customer experience management and data-driven decision making

  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations for customer data handling
