Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Desktop & Device Environment Administrator to manage our endpoint devices, deployment systems, and mobile device management infrastructure using SCCM, Windows 11, and Microsoft Intune.

Key Responsibilities

  • SCCM Administration: Manage software deployment, patch management, OS imaging, and application packaging across enterprise endpoints
  • Windows 11 Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows 11 environments, group policies, and feature updates
  • Microsoft Intune: Administer cloud-based device management, mobile application management, and compliance policies for BYOD and corporate devices
  • Device Lifecycle: Handle device provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and retirement processes
  • General Duties: Create documentation, troubleshoot endpoint issues, provide user support, and maintain security compliance

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years SCCM administration experience
  • 4+ years Windows 10/11 deployment and management experience
  • 3+ years Microsoft Intune and mobile device management experience
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Knowledge of Windows imaging, drivers, and application packaging
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications (Modern Desktop Administrator, Enterprise Administrator)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • Experience with Azure AD and conditional access policies
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and endpoint security solutions
