Technical Project Manager

Blackfluo.ai is a fully remote company with teams located around the globe. We specialize in developing SaaS solutions for businesses and consulting firms. Our innovative AI assistant is designed to support daily operations by taking over repetitive and time-consuming tasks, allowing our clients to focus on what truly matters.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, understand, and assist in business requirements definition.
• Manage regional projects roadmap, prioritize tasks with stakeholders, and communicate teams priorities based on business value, workload, and other relevant factors.
• Develop the projects technical and functional specifications based on business prerequisites and technical assessment of partners APIs, collaborating with both technical and business teams.
• Liaise with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions and contribute to the technical design in line with requirements.
• Create project plans in consultation with all stakeholders and closely monitor progress.
• Organize and lead meetings with project stakeholders to evaluate progress, identify potential risks, and address issues.
• Provide regular updates and detailed reports on project progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and validate deliverables against specifications, including analyzing logs from various platforms.
• Apply established project management processes and methodologies (methods, management tools, indicators, etc.) within the company.

Required qualifications:

• A Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical project management, ideally in the telecom sector.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English (French is a plus).
• Technical expertise: APIs, XML, JSON, databases, connectivity (VPN, IP whitelisting), etc.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
• Knowledge of project management frameworks (PMP, Scrum, etc.).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Kibana, Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
• Understanding of mobile protocols and technologies (SMS, USSD, WAP, SMPP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile payment systems is a plus.
