Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive strategic growth in the FinTech/Edutech industry. In this role, you'll identify and cultivate high-impact partnerships with financial institutions, corporate clients, and key industry players to strengthen our SME ecosystem of products and services.

You'll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to align efforts, explore new opportunities, and strengthen our market position. A strong understanding of the FinTech landscape and a proven ability to build long-term relationships are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services and Bizmoni ecosystem-related sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with potential partners and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development goals with overall company strategy.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that benefit the organization and align with strategic objectives.
  • Manage and track the progress of business development initiatives and report on performance metrics.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its services.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Familiarity with FinTech / Edu Tech/ E-com products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
