About the Role:
Bizmoni is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join as a Co-Founder and shareholder. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape and execute our marketing strategy in an AI-driven fintech startup. We seek a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is committed to driving growth.

- Time Commitment: Minimum of 8 - 16 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Design and SEM teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Position Bizmonis products (Courses, Consulting, SaaS) in the market.
- Leverage social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and market trends.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams for seamless execution.
- Conduct market research and develop customer personas.
- Manage go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Create marketing collateral (datasheets, case studies, whitepapers).
- Develop sales enablement tools like presentations and training materials.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a marketing leadership role
- 3+ years in product marketing (preferably in tech)
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience scaling digital products and campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, higher or equivalent.
Preferred Experience:
- Social media marketing and digital advertising expertise.
- Familiarity with Go HighLevel software is a major plus.
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Pro.
