About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Bizmoni's platform and applications.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and business stakeholders to design and execute testing strategies, identify risks, and support the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your contribution will help ensure a seamless and trusted experience for our users.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies
- Perform manual, regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects and quality issues
- Collaborate with developers and product teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Execute, maintain, and improve existing automated tests and automation frameworks
- Validate web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and AI-powered solutions
- Support performance and scalability testing initiatives
- Provide clear reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, and defect resolution
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of software testing or quality assurance experience
- Experience testing web, mobile, API, and cloud-based applications
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Experience with manual and automated testing
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting using Java, Python, C#, or similar technologies
- Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently within a remote, cross-functional environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in FinTech, AI, SaaS, or startup environments
- Experience with performance and load testing
- Knowledge of GeneXus and/or GeneXus Test
- Familiarity with CI/CD and modern software delivery practice.

Compensation & Commitment
Bizmoni currently offers ONLY an equity-based compensation model, aligned with global startup practices that enable early contributors to participate in the company's potential long-term value creation.
The role requires a flexible commitment of approximately 8–16 hours per week, with clear deliverables and results-driven accountability. Contributors may maintain a primary paid role alongside their engagement with Bizmoni. As Bizmoni is currently seed-stage, compensation is provided in company equity. Full terms and conditions will be discussed during the selection process and confirmed in the consulting agreement.
